She leaves two sons, Charles W. Burnwatt and Arthur Burnwatt of Memphis; two brothers, Ollie Vaughn of Hayti, MO and C.C. Vaughn of Kenton, TN; a sister, Mrs. Lela Dozier of Memphis; six grandchildren and a great-grandson.
