HIGBEE NEWS (Randolph County, MO) 23 Feb 1906--This has been a sad week for Mr. and Mrs. Miller Warford. On Wednesday morning their little son, Russell, who had been seriously ill with spinal meningitis for the past two weeks, died. Thursday morning, just as the family were getting ready to start to New Hope to bury their loved one, Vernon, another son, aged five months, died of the same disease.
