ELLEDGE-Bessie Elledge, 100, a resident of Albuquerque since 1943, died on Saturday, May 3, 1997. She is survived by her daughter, Dixie Byrd and husband, Bob of Elephant Butte, NM; sister, Lucille Starnes of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Kim Quist and husband, Patrick of Midland, TX, Alan LaMoria and wife, Michelle of Albuquerque, Mark LaMoria of Odessa, TX, Dick Byrd and wife, Judy of Vaughn, NM, Bob Byrd and wife, Denise of Corona, NM, Mike Byrd and wife, Martha of Albuquerque, David Elledge and wife, Gayle of Albuquerque; 11 great-grandchildren, and daughter-in-law, Bernice Elledge of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Burton Elledge; and a son, H.P Elledge. Services will be held Monday, at 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd N.E. with Rev. Tim J. Thurston officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul N.E.
