Mary Edith, the daughter of John B. and Elizabeth Mosby Woodson Allison, married Fred Lee Hayth on March 15, 1894 in Sturgeon Boone County Missouri.

"Mrs. Mary E. Hayth, 83, of 701 Third, died at her home Thursday.
Mrs. Hayth came to Dallas thirty-two years ago from Missouri. She soon became a member of the Exposition Park Presbyterian Church and thoughout the years remained active in it.
She was a member of the Eastern Star and also took an active part in work of the order for many years.

Mrs. Hayth is survived by three sons, James F. Hayth, Dallas; John B. Hayth, Oklahoma City, and Maurice F. Hayth of Fort Worth; one brother, the Rev. Willie Allison of Carthage, Mo., seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Suggs Funeral Chapel, 1001 Second, with the Rev. Dick Thompson officiating. Durial will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park.
