The Mount Calvary records say that John Stapleton (Jr.) was 1 day old at time of death. The burial was on December 12, 1865.
On September 13, 1940, his remains were transferred to Holy Cross as part of the final removal of interments before the closing of Mount Calvary. There are six interments at the burial location, at least four of them are Stapleton children. There are either two or three Stapleton children unaccounted.
