The Mount Calvary records say that this infant (sex unknown) was stillborn and listed as 1 day old. The burial was on March 2, 1874. Presumably, the event occurred on March 1, 1874. John and Annie are living in the city of San Francisco in 1874.

On September 13, 1940, his/her remains were transferred to Holy Cross as part of the final removal of interments before the closing of Mount Calvary. There are six interments at the burial location, at least four of them are Stapleton children. There are either two or three Stapleton children unaccounted.

S. Pisciotta noted that Section H at Holy Cross is where the final remains from Calvary Cemetery were relocated to (thanks for photos of marker regarding this re-interment)

As of 27sep18, it appears that the photo(s) in question were added by Gerry Jean ... my thanks to her/him
