Claude C. "Stitch" Campbell, 60, husband of Devra K. Johnson Campbell, died Thursday September 6, 2012 at his home.

A native of Bourbon County, KY, he was the son of the late Alvin Christopher and Beatrice Jones Campbell. He was a retired self employed mechanic, a motorcycle enthusiast and a veteran of the United States Army.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one daughter, Melissa Campbell Watkins; three sons, Travis Campbell, Michael Sullivan and James Daniel Boone; one step-son, John Devary; three grandchildren, Karissa Devary, Addison Tuel and Mason Watkins; one sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Carl Howerton; one brother and two sisters-in-law, Sam and Irene Campbell, Martha Campbell and Bobbi Campbell and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Buford and Alvin Campbell.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday September 10, 2012 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris by Pastor Krista Hampton and Sam Campbell. Burial will be in the Millersburg Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-9 PM Sunday September 9, 2012 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Hagen, Billy Barlow, Dan Wardlaw, Timmy Bohanan, Chris Ritchie, Jim Stoddard and Carl Howerton.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mason Watkins and Freddie Macdonald.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of the Bluegrass; Lloyde and Lisa Campbell and Betty and Carl Howerton for all the love and support they have given to the family.
