Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Reedsville
Cooperative funeral home and at 2 o'clock at the St. Peter Lutheran church in Rockland, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Six grandsons will act as pallbearers.
Born Caroline Behnke in Rockland in 1874, she was married to Mr. Wunsch in 1896. They located on the homestead farm now operated by her son, Fred. In 1946 the couple observed its golden wedding. Mr. Wunsch died last May 30.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Arthur Klessig and Mrs. Walter Klessig of Rockland and Mrs. Herbert Wunrow of Rantoul; four sons, Fred on the home farm, Adolph of Rockland, Benjamin of Milwaukee and Melvin of Baltimore; two brothers, Rudolph and Adolph of Rockland; a half-brother, Fred of Brillion; sister, Mrs. Reinhart Bessert of Rockland; two half-sisters, Mrs. Minnie Piepenburg of Rockland and Mrs. Augusta Karow of Marshfield; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The body may be viewed Wednesday at the funeral home.
