Gottsacker-Cathrina, beloved mother of Mrs J Warmuth, Mrs. P. Warmuth, Mrs Donahue, Mrs. Henry E Hurtig, Casper and Edward Gottsacker, 34 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Sacred Heart, 11th and Center Sts., Monday Nov. 18, 1912 at 9AM.

She was b.in Cologne, Ger. 26 Dec 1832, dau. of Roland/Ryeland and Maria/Mary (Linder)Linder . (Although they had the same surname, they were not related.) She married Joseph P. Gottsacker at Racine, WI ca. 1858. They ha 8 children: Anna Marie (Mary), b.1859 WI; Helen C. (Ellen) b. 1860, WI; Joseph P. b. 1863, WI; Caspar, b. 1865, WI; Katherine (Kate) b. 1867, WI; Theresa (Tessie) b. 1872, WI; John Edward ((Edward) b. 1877, WI. She came to the U.S. with at least brothers Peter and Caspar in 1833 at 6 weeks of age.. She had 3 siblings: Caspar (m. Sophia ---)b. 1826, Ger.; Madalena(m. ---Brunnenfant) b. 1828, GER.; and Peter J. (m. Anna Mary Weber)b. 1834 Ger., d. 1921 and is buried at Mt Calvary Cemetery in Portland, OR
