John Kenneth Bruce "Pooch" Bradford was the oldest of seven children of William Alexander Bradford and Bertie Maynor. He was born October 4, 1916 and died April 30, 1968.
He married Georgia Dunham, and they had a daughter, Katherine Diane, born January 26, 1951. They also had a son, Kenneth Louise, who died as an infant in 1948 and is buried in Old Baptist.
He served with a company of Alabama engineers during World War II, and lived in Stevenson after the war. He died in 1968 after an accident at work.
Bruce and Georgia are the only Bradfords buried in Caperton Cemetery in Stevenson.
