Born Monday, April 28, 1924 to the late Rocco and Rose Falcone, she was the loving wife of Walter Chips for over 67 years. They met while Walter was serving in WW!! At an Italian Restaurant.
Celeste had many friends; she was a fund raiser, involved with PEO, American Legion and her church, Sun City Methodist. She was known for being the most positive person and only saw the good in people. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
