Dorinda H. Dorn, age 90, of New Holstein died Tuesday October 10, 2006, at the Willowdale Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center in New Holstein.
She was born January 26, 1916, in Glenbeulah, WI, a daughter of the late Henry and Ella Kessel Luth. Dorinda graduated from Glenbeulah High School.
On July 27, 1940, she married Richard H. Dorn in New Holstein; he preceded her in death on December 5, 2000. Dorinda had worked at Household Utilities in New Holstein for 14 years.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein and a member of the Christian Women’s Society.
Survivors include her son, Bob (Diane) Dorn of Menasha; her daughters, Donna Rollmann of St. Germain and Mary (Bill) Kandler of New Holstein; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and a brother, Earl (Xcee) Luth of Glenbeulah.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband and a sister, Luella Schulz.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 13, 2006 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein. Rev. Harold Berryman, Pastor, will officiate. Entombment will be at the Knollwood Mausoleum in Manitowoc.
Friends may call at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Ave., New Holstein, on Thursday, October 12th, from 5 to 7 p.m. and again Friday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. when brief family rites will be held at the funeral home.
