RICHARD H. DORN

Richard H. Dorn, age 85 of New Holstein, died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000 at the Calumet Medical Center in Chilton.

He was born on Nov. 16, 1915 to the late Henry and Anna Basler Dorn in New Holstein.

He married Dorinda Luth on July 27, 1940 in New Holstein.

He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein and also was a member of the Outdoors Inc. he was a former member of the New Holstein Fire Department, where he served as chief for eight years. He worked at the M-B Co. in New Holstein as plant manager. He retired in 1974.

Survivors include his wife, Dorinda; one son, Bob (Diane) Dorn of Menasha; two daughters, Donna Rollman of St. Germain and Mary (Bill) Kandler of New Holstein; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Leo (Marie) Dorn of New Holstein and Bernie (Peggy) Dorn of Houston, Tex.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Friends may call at the Sippel Funeral Home in New Holstein from 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 8, 2000 until the time of services. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Frank Weber officiating.

Entombment will be in the Knollwood Mausoleum in the town of Kossuth (Manitowoc). A memorial fund will be established in his name.
