ADELINE K. FLEMAL
Adeline K. Flemal, age 86, a resident of Harmony of Two Rivers, died Friday, July 23, 2004 at the Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 26, 2004 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Parish, Holy Redeemer Site, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. William G. O'Brien, with entombment to follow in Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Hwy. 310 Manitowoc.
Adeline was born Sept. 13, 1917 in the town of Gibson, a daughter of the late Charles and Emma (Sladky) Spevacek. She attended schools in Mishicot, graduating with the class of 1935 from Mishicot High School. On July 3, 1938, she married Alex Flemal at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Tisch Mills. He preceded her in death Dec. 22, 1998. Together, the couple owned and operated Flemal's Footwear and Tots-to-Teens in Two Rivers for 27 years until their retirement. Adeline was a longtime member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, a very active member of the Two Rivers Senior Center and volunteer for the Meals-on-Wheels program.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother: Raymond Spevacek; a sister: Genevieve Safranek; and a brother-in-law: George Kumbalek.
