Mary E. Frank, age 45, a resident of 316 S. Jackson St., Valders, entered into eternal life, while surrounded by her family, on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008, at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers, following a courageous battle against breast cancer.
Mary was born on Dec. 14, 1962, in Manitowoc to Lloyd and Pauline (Tadych) Wallander. She had graduated from Valders High School, with the class of 1981. On Dec. 4, 1982, she married Dale N. Frank at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Manitowoc. Mary was employed with CP Feeds in Valders, and also at The Felician Village in Manitowoc. She enjoyed spending her time gardening and planting flowers, traveling to Door County, shopping with her daughter, and being with her family and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her brother: Nicholas; her mother-in-law: Marion Frank [Find A Grave Memorial# 106392985]; one brother-in-law: David Frank; and one aunt: Mary Schmelzle.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate with entombment to follow.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008, at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home from 4 until 8 p.m. A prayer service, led by Deacon Paul Kieffer, will take place at 7 p.m. on Sunday evening. The visitation will continue on Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, at Knollwood Mausoleum
from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, N. 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the nurses at Aurora Medical Center; Cindy Nesgoda; Sue Riesterer; and also Dr. Edward Barylak and his staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center for the care and compassion they provided to Mary and her family.
