CELESTINE A. "SALLY" GEISER

Celestine A. "Sally" Geiser, age 86, of the Calumet Homestead Rehabilitation Center, New Holstein, died on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2002 at the center.

She was born on March 12, 1916 in New Holstein, a daughter of the late Frank and Mathilda (Schwarz) Wagner. Sally married Gregory C. Geiser on April 28, 1937 at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz. He preceded her in death on Feb. 25, 1987. The couple had farmed in the Town of Chilton until their retirement. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Chilton, the
Christian Mothers, and the Daughters of Isabella.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Geiser, a son-in-law, Robert Gary; two grandchildren, Julie Geiser and John Kilgas; and two brothers, Alex & Alfred Wagner.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2002 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Chilton, with the Rev. Allen Geiser officiating. Entombment will follow in the Knollwood Mausoleum in Manitowoc.

Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home, 411 W. Main St., Chilton from 4 to 8 p.m.,on Tuesday and again on Wednesday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of services. A parish prayer service will be held Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
