Valentine Oliver Enders was the 11th child of George Enders and Susannah Fetterhoff Enders. By profession he was a tanner. He married Susan Elizabeth Wilbert in 1870 and they had one child, Valentine O., Jr. who was born Nov. 4, 1872, almost six months after his father's death
