Mrs. Martha R. Jana, 97, a resident of Shady Lane Home, Manitowoc, died Sunday, December 11, 1988, at the home.
Mrs. Jana was born July 30, 1891, at Manitowoc, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Max and Josephine (née Juranek) Bonin.
She married Adolph E. Jana on September 9, 1913, in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death November 26, 1987.
Survivors include a step brother, Charles Opichka of Manitowoc; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends survive.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Adelaide Cherney, and two brothers, Emil and John Bonin.
Funeral services will be at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth, with entombment following. Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
