Mrs. Ada Mae Kearney, 95, a former Ithaca area resident, died at Pine Valley Manor Wednesday (Aug. 18, 1976) after a long illness.
Mrs. Kearney was born Dec. 19, 1880, in Richland County. She was the daughter of Phylander [sic] and Emma McFarland Perkins.
She married Francis Kearney, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Nellie Brunner of Dyersburg, Tenn., Mrs. Carrie Moore of Michigan, Mrs. Francis (Alice) Gault of Middleton, and Mrs. Iva Walker of Scottsville, Arix. [sic]; 22 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Saturday in the Pratt Chapel with the Rev. Guy H. Kintz officiating. Burial was in the Willow Valley Cemetery.
