Marie M. Lettenberger, age 95, a resident of Shady Lane Home, Manitowoc, died Saturday afternoon, September 17, 1994, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 21, 1994, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and 10 a.m. at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. James Stamborski with burial to follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The former Marie Larger was born June 11, 1899, in Racine, daughter of the late Albert and Josephine Vegrich Larger. She married Alphonse A. Lettenberger, January 15, 1918, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc.He preceded her in death March 23, 1963. Mrs. Lettenberger was a charter member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and the St. Therese Society of the church. She was also a member of the Catholic Women's Club and the Senior
Citizens of Manitowoc.
Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, John and Leona Lettenberger, Brookfield, Wis., Paul and Audrey Lettenberger, Bella Vista, Ark., Thomas and Ruby Lettenberger, Santa Marie, Calif., George and Susan Lettenberger, Manitowoc; 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grand-
children; a special friend, Norbert Schwoerer, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, a daughter, Patricia DeCesare, a sister, Anna Hady and a brother, Edward Larger.
