Mrs. Ada Winslow, aged 77, died Saturday night in the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital at Cooperstown, after a lingering illness.
The funeral was held at 2 p. m. Tuesday in Tillapaugh Funeral home, Milford, with the Rev. Philip Pitcher of Milford Methodist church, officiating. Burial was in Milford cemetery.
Mrs. Winslow was born June 17, 1873, in South Valley, a daughter of Lorenzo and Catherine Sommers and was married August 11, 1915, to Stephen Winslow, who died in 1941. She had lived in Milford since her marriage, and was a member of the Milford Methodist church.
Surviving are two step-daughters, Mrs. Parker Snyder, Middlefield Center, and Mrs. Raymond Carr, Oneonta.
