They were the parents of Lucy Parminter, Ruth Parminter,
Peter Parminter, John Darling Parmiter. John Darling
Parminter changed the spelling( Parmiter) when he moved to Morgan County, Ohio. John Darling Parmiter lived in
Hancock Co. Maine and on the 1810 census of Hancock Co. Maine, his name is
spelled John (Parminter). John Darling Parmiter left Hancock, Maine and came to the
state of Ohio by 1813.

Old Center Cemetery is located on a road about
five miles from Winchendon Center.
The road is very hazzardous, and cemetery is
located in a desolate place. It was once near
the old town of Winchendon which no longer exist.
The town is now five miles from cemetery.
