Tommy was a drummer. Besides being a member of a country
swing band(s) he also had some appearances in movies. Such
as with; Jan Savitt and his Orchestra in "Betty Co-ed",
Deuce Spriggens and Ken Curtis in "Song of the Prairie",
Un-named bands in "The Joker is Wild" with Frank Sinatra
and "The Jolson Story" in 1946. Tommy was a member of
Local 47 since 1940. His talents were drums and voice.

MILLS, Thomas F. Resident of 31641 Crystal Sands Drive, South Laguna. Died December 28. Survived by wife Beulah. Recitation of the Rosary, Friday evening, at 8 p.m., at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, Laguna Beach. Requiem Mass, Saturday, at 9 a.m., at St. Catherine's. Interment, Ascension Cemetery, El Toro. Directed by Blatz Mortuary, 3520 E. Coast Highway, Corona del Mar.
