Victor Herald, Friday, May 10, 1935, page 7, says she died May 5, 1935:

Mrs. Neitha Daugherty, age 46 died Sunday evening, at Memorial Hospital, Canandaigua, after a lingering illness. Mrs. Daugherty was born in the South and spent her entire life there with the exception of the past three years when she lived in this village, Mr. Daugherty being connected with the pottery plant.
Surviving are her husband, Guy Daugherty; five children, A. E. Wharton of North Carolina; Guy, Jr., Ellen, Billy Jim and Mary Daugherty, at present in Denton, Texas; her mother in Denton and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held Tuesday from the Will E. Wheeler funeral Home, Rev. Roy F. Grimble of the Congregational church officiating. Interment was made in the local cemetery.

Mrs. Neither [sic] Kincaid Daugherty, daughter of Mrs. L.E. Kincaid of Denton, died after a year's illness in East Bloomfield, N.Y. early Monday, according to word received here by relatives. Funeral and burial will be in East Bloomfield tomorrow. She was the wife of Guy Daugherty, formerly of Denton, and they were making their home at East Bloomfield.
Mrs. Daugherty was a native of Denton, having been born here Jan. 1, 1888, and had lived here until a few years ago. Surviving children are A.E. Wharton, of Bethune, S. C., a son by a former marriage, and Guy Daugherty, Jr., Ellen Louise Daugherty, Billy Jim Daugherty and Mary Daugherty, all making their home here with an aunt, Mrs. J.H. Davidson.
Surving sister and brothers are: Dr. Ada Reed and Russell Kincaid of Denton, Mrs. D.H. Fry of Breckenridge, Mrs. G.L. Palliser of Newark, N.J., Edgar Kincaid of Alexandria, La., Roy Kincaid of Portales, N.M., Earl Kincaid of Glendo, Wyo, Frank Kincaid of Texico, N.M., and W.L. Kincaid of Denver, Colo. she was a member of the First Christian Church.
