Ilva "Sing" Taylor, 87, of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Sunday at Millington Healthcare. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. She was a member of Frayser Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Taylor, the widow of Daniel M. Taylor, leaves a brother, Ben Whitaker of Cherokee Village, Ark.
