FOLLOWING INFO RECEIVED FROM A FELLOW GRAVER:

"Hi -

There is a typo in the date of her death. The stone clearly shows that she died on May 13, 1817, not May 15.

If she died at age 3 years, 3 days, as inscribed on her grave stone, then she was born on May 10, 1814.

Indeed, Truro Vital Records have her being born on that date in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts. The Truro Vital Records also show her date of death as May 13, 1817 in Truro.

Please edit the birth date fields to reflect that date and location and the death date fields to reflect that location.

Interestingly, the Truro Vital Records spell her name as Mercy and her mother's name as Tammesin. Tamsin's maiden name was Snow.

Thanks. Charlie Morgan"
