Mrs. Sarah Hall Dies in Guthrie
Mrs. Sarah T. Hall of 1311 Fern, died in Guthrie, Friday. Funeral services will be at the Strode chapel on Monday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Claud Burton of the Nazarene church officiating, and interment will be in Fairlawn cemetery.
Mrs. Hall was born in Davis county, Mo., Dec. 22, 1872, the daughter of John and Mollie Carter. She married Frank Hall in Missouri in 1889. Her husband preceded her in death in 1935. She came to Oklahoma in 1892 settling in Payne county and moved to Stillwater in 1899 and has made her home here since.
Mrs. Hall is survived by two sons, Charley Hall of the home address, and Greely Hall of Eloy, Ariz. One son, Chester, died in 1946 and one daughter died in infancy. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, five brothers and one sister.
Bearers will be Lyle Hall, Leonard Hall, Kermit Hall, Wallace Tariton, Albert Sloan, Irvin Bilyeu.
