Louisa married William Peck on 5 January 1832 in Litchfield ,Connecticut, and had six children: Sarah, Mary, Frances, Emma, Lewis, and Frederick. Sarah was born in Hyde Park, New York; Mary and Frances in Miltonville, Wood County, and Emma, Lewis, and Frederick in Bowling Green, Ohio. Louisa was the daughter of Abel and Susanna Woodruff Woodward with siblings: David, Esther, Ruth, Abel, and George. She died from probably pneumonia at the age of 8 days prior to her forty-third birthday. Tragically, only one f her children attained adulthood.
