RUTH B. GENTRY, 92, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, April 29, 2005, 6:40 a.m., at The Cedars Nursing Home. Born July 20, 1913, in Salem, Ind., she was the daughter of John and Matilda (Persinger) Brewer. She was a Cosmetologist, retiring in 1972. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star and Faith Baptist Church. Survived by son, Larry Paul Gentry of Woodburn; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Paul Gentry; and a son, Roger D.
