Mrs. Carl Sorenson, 69, of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, died Sunday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient for a week.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Gjerpen Evangelical and Reformed Lutheran Church, Town of Cato. The Rev. Jerry E. Moe will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Sorenson was born Nov. 15, 1888, in Cato, daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Madson Christensen.

She was married to Carl Sorenson Aug. 30, 1930, at Cato.

She was lifelong member of Gjerpen Evangelical and Reformed Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, (private; two daughters, (private); and nine grandchildren.

Friends may call at Berge Funeral Home, Valders, until 11 a.m. Wednesday when the body will be moved to the church to lie in state until the time of service.
