Harvey Klooz
Funeral services for Harvey Klooz, 82, a life-long resident of the Farnam community were held Tuesday, May 12, 1981, at the Church of the Nazarene in Farnam with the Rev. Harold Johnson officiating. Internment was in the Farnam Cemetery. Lockenour Mortuary of Cambridge was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Klooz died Saturday evening at his home south of Farnam. He was born on July 27, 1898, and spent his life in the Farnam community as a farmer. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene at Farnam. His wife, Elizabeth (Rice) Klooz, preceded him in death on Dec. 12, 1974.
Survivors include two sons, Clark of Sargent and Marvin of McCook; three daughters, Dorothy Hansen of McCook, Evelyn Arnold of Farnam and Eva Mitchum of Bellevue; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
