Susie May Sloan, 76, who made her home at 403 W. Marion St., Aberdeen, died in a nursing home here this morning.
She was born in Kentucky and had come to Washington from Idaho in 1922 with her husband, Everett. they had lived most of their lives on the Harbor. Her husband died in November of 1964.
Mrs. Sloan was a member of a non-denominational church group.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Moretta Egge, Mrs. Jessie Lacefield, and Mrs. Urabell Miller, Aberdeen; 2 sons, Glen F., Olympia and Jack, Castro Valley, California; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Ethel Murray, Nampa, Idaho, three brothers, John Bird, California and William and Fred Bird, both of Aberdeen.
A funeral service for Susie Sloan will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday at Coleman Chapel. Burial will follow at Fern Hill Cemetery.
