Mrs. Della Tribble Abel, 71, 709 Pardee St., died at her residence Sunday following a long illness.
She was a native of Mountain City and had been a resident of Johnson City most of her life. Mrs. Abel was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Tribble and attended the Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Abel; several nieces and nephews.
