Earl "Delbert" Love, 90 of Amarillo died Thursday, May 2, 2013.

Memorial services will be at 12:00 Noon, Monday, May 6, 2013 in San Jacinto Church of Christ with Mr. Darrel Henderson officiating. Private family interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Vega, TX. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.

Delbert was born June 4, 1922 in Middlewater, TX to Ralph and Stella Love. He married Jaunnetta Blasingame January 2, 1940. Earl was a Christian and a member of San Jacinto Church of Christ for many years. He served in WWII in the Army. He worked for A.S. Horner in Colorado for 40 years, working his way up as a superintendent. After retirement, "Pops" helped his son doing electrical work for 20 years. As many know, work was Delbert's hobby.

Delbert was preceded in death by his wife, Jaunnetta.

He is survived by his two daughters, Elaine Tapscott of Ruidoso, and Bonnie Antwine and husband Robert of Amarillo; his two sons, Ronnie Love and wife Sharon of Fair Oaks Ranch, TX, and Randy Love and wife Sharon of Amarillo; his sister, Janet Bradshaw and husband Bob of Logan, NM; two brothers, Don Love of Loveland, CO, and Cliff Love and wife Betty of Aurora, CO; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

The family suggests memorials be made to a charity of your choice.
