ALBERT KING, age 55, of Akwesasne St, St. Regis, Quebec passed away on Sun, Sept 21,1997 at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Cornwall, Ont where he had been a patient since Sat, Sept 20th. Albert is survived by his wife Caroline. One daughter, Susan Lazore at home. Three sons: Kenneth King, Hogansburg, NY; Abraham King and Peter Lazore both at home. Three grandchildren. Three sisters: Mrs. Cecil (Nancy) Swenson of Cornwall, Ontario; Mrs. James (Beatrice) Bero of St. Regis Road, Hogansburg; Christina King of Snye, Quebec. Four brothers: John M. (Jerry) King of St. Regis, Quebec; Norman King of St. Regis, Quebec; Paul King, Jr., of Snye, Quebec; Patrick King of St. Regis, Quebec. He was predeceased by three brothers: Abraham King (Sept 7, 1989); Michael King (Apr 3, 1992); and Stanley Square (Mar 10,1997). Albert was born Mar 14,1942 in Cornwall, Ont beloved son of the late Paul King, Sr. and Agnes Square. He attended St. Regis Village Schools. Albert married Caroline K. Lazore on June 6,1987 in Ft. Covington, NY. He did carpentry work and was a laborer for the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne, St. Regis, Quebec. Albert was an Ironworker with Local #711, Montreal, Quebec and a member of the St. Regis Catholic Church. Funeral services were held on Thursday, September 25, 1997 at the St. Regis Catholic Church with the Rev. Belgarde, S J. officiating. Interment was held at Kateri Cemetery, Hogansburg, NY.
