Mrs. Cecilia Sam, 67, of St. Regis, Quebec, died Tuesday, April 15, at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Cornwall, Ont, following a long illness. Funeral services were held Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Regis Catholic Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Mrs. Sam was born in St. Regis, Quebec, July 12, 1907, a daughter of Mitchell and Catherine Day Cook and lived there all her life. In St. Regis Church, September 15, 1922, she was married to Frank Sam, who survives. Surviving besides her husband are three sons, Louis of Syracuse,Francis and Dennis, both of St. Regis; a daughter, Mrs. Carroll (Gloria) Fadden of Syracuse; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Thomas of St. Regis and Mrs. Donald (Mary) McGovern of Syracuse; and eight grandchildren
