Waldemar Seyssel known as "Arrelia" was the first clown to appear on Brazilian television. He was born in Jaguariaíva, Paraná State, Brazil from a family of circurs performers and died in Rio de Janeiro State at age of 99.
Cause of death: pneumonia.
