Mrs. Julia Martin Cook, 67, of Hogansburg, died September 13
at her home after an illness of more than three years. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Cook; four sons, Joseph Martin, Syracuse; and Mitchell, Lawrence and Louis Martin of Hogansburg; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Fitzgerald Hogansburg; Mrs. Joseph Serra Flushing, L. I.; two brothers Peter McDonald, Syracuse, and Thomas McDonald, Hogansburg, two sisters, Mrs. George Peters Hogansburg; and Mrs. John Chase, Roseneaeh, Ont.; and 31 grandchildren. Mrs. Cook was born in Hogansburg on Dec. 15, 1383, a daughter of Alexander and Nancy Benedict McDonald. She married David Martin, 50 years ago in Hogansburg. Mr. Martin died in 1936. In 1940 she married Joseph Cook. She was a member of St. Regis Catholic church.
