Helen was 92 years old and lived a long and loved life.
Nanny was born in North Ferrisburgh on Jan. 16, 1921, she was the eldest child of William and Anna Abare.
Nanny's life was always dedicated to providing love and support to her family and beloved husband, Alvin.
Her attendance was essential at St. John Vianney, where she practiced a faith she so truly believed.
Helen was predeceased by her loving husband, Alvin Little; sisters, Pearl Clark, and Connie Derby; brother, Edward Abare; and mother and father, William and Anna Abare.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, at 1 p.m. in St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church in South Burlington.
Burial to follow in Resurrection Park Cemetery.
