Mrs. John (Jennie) Janski a resident of St Otto's Home, Little Falls, and formerly of Rice, died June 30. She was born Johanna Lacher here on Oct. 15, 1887 to the late John and Catherine Lacher and married John Janski in 1911 and he died in 1950. She lived in Rice more than 60 years. She was a member of the Christian Mothers of the Immaculate Conception Church, Rice. Mrs. Janski is survived by a son, Othmar, Minneapolis; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister and six brothers. Funeral services will be at 10 a. m. Tuesday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Rice, with the Rt. Rev. Bernard Wildenborg officiating. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lorenzo, Melvin and Jerome Janski; Jean Cairns, Alfred Schlichting and Fred Segler. Friends may call at the Daniel Funeral Home after 2 p. m. today. Immaculate Conception parish will say the parish prayers at the funeral home at 8 p. m. tonight.
