Born in Lincoln, TX, Mrs. Losure was a daughter of the late Ben and Lena Gruetzner Medack. She moved to Aiken in 1996 and worked as a manager for K-Mart. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Cross, Rockville, MD.
She is survived by her daughter Mary (Erich) Rabe, Sacramento, CA; daughter-in-law, Shirley Losure of Aiken; two grandchildren Craig and Kristin Losure; and a great grandchild, Elizabeth Losure.
Mrs. Losure was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Losure, Sr., and her son, Edward R. Losure, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Aiken Heart Association, P.O. Box 5211, Aiken, SC 29804.
Internment will be held privately at Arlington National Cemetery.
