Alice W., widow of Thomas B. Landers, passed away at her home Sunday evening, May 25, after many years of suffering, aged 60 years, 7 months and 4 days. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Rev. Alliston B. Gifford of Winchester officiating. The many and beautiful floral tributes proclaimed the love and esteem she was held in. She was a good mother and neighbor, always ready to lend a helping hand in time of need. She leaves six children, one granddaughter, one sister and a brother to mourn her loss. Interment was in the family lot in Oak Grove cemetery.
