FLORENCE H. ALEXANDER
CARTHAGE, Mo. - Mrs. Florence H. Alexander, 82 years old, 309 South Orner, died at 3:10 o'clock Monday afternoon at the McCune-Brooks hospital. She had been in poor health for a year.
Mrs. Alexander was born February 14, 1884, in Hutchinson, Kan. She had been a resident of Carthage since 1949. She was the widow of Dennis S. Alexander. She was a Methodist and was a member of the Eastern Star in La Russell.
She is survived by a stepson, W. Reed Alexander of Rogers, Ark.; a brother, Bline [Blaine] Hill of Hutchinson, Kan.; and a sister, Mrs. Glen Branes of Orange, Calif.
Funeral services will be announced by the Ulmer funeral home of Carthage.
