CHATO - The death occurred at Raymond on Wednesday morning of Mrs. Irma Chato, wife of Leslie Chato of Lethbridge. A native of Hungary, she had resided here for the past 13 years. Death came during a visit to Raymond with her son, Joe. A second son, Leslie, resides in Lethbridge.
Funeral services will be conducted in Raymond on Sunday at 4 p.m. and interment will follow there. Christensen Brothers are in charge of arrangements. [Lethbridge Herald, 15 May 1940]
