In 1915, Paul Albrecht, aged 50, was living in on Gillette Avenue, Islip, NY, with his wife, Annie Albrecht, aged 49, and children, Lena Albrecht, aged 21, Meta Albrecht, aged 19, Alice Albrecht, aged 17, Paul Albrecht, aged 15, Freddie Albrecht, aged 12, Willie Albrecht, aged 10, Marguerite Albrecht, aged 9, Jeannetta Albrecht, aged 7, and Walter Albrecht, aged 4. Also living in the household was lodger, Jacques Bancker, aged 71. He was shown to be a florist laborer.
Obituary - Paul L. Albrecht, aged 84, died yesterday at his home, 65 Macon Street, after a long illness. He was born in Germany but had been in this country for more than 60 years, and prior to moving to Sayville about a year ago, was a resident of Bayport for about 50 years. For many years he was a florist and just prior to his last illness, was employed by the Islip Town Highway Department. He is survived by two sons, Fred, of Patchogue, and Walter of Bayport, five daughters Mrs. Lena Ayasse of Jamaica, Mrs. Alice Lucia of Ozone Park, Mrs. Jeannette Frabizzo of Patchogue and the Misses Mae and Margaret Albrecht of Sayville; 29 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Mr. Albrecht was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America and was an active member of the Bayport Fire Deparment for many years. Funeral services will be held at Raynor's Chapel on Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Carl G. Gernannt, pastor of the Patchogue Lutheran Church officiating, followed by interment in the family plot in Union Cemetery, Sayville. Firemen's services will be held tomorrow at eight p.m. tomorrow (Saturday) at Raynor's Chapel
