ARCOLA — Pearl C. Rich, 97, of Arcola died at 5:35 p.m. Friday (April 4, 1986) in Burnham City Hospital, Champaign.
The funeral is set for 3 p.m. today at Shrader Funeral Home in Arcola with the Rev. Glen Bocox officiating. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Arcola Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Arcola United Methodist Church.
He was born Oct. 2, 1888, in Glasgow, Ky., the son of Francis and Julie Rayburn Rich. He married Hazel Davis in Brazil, Ind., Feb. 5, 1915. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Marie Beals of Champaign and Mrs. Betty Bauman of Urbana; a brother, Leonard of Arcola; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
He was a member of the Arcola United Methodist Church and a retired farmer.
