Robert C. Bibb Is Called To Reward

News of the death of Robert C. Bibb, who passed away at his home in Huntsville, Wednesday, brought sorrow to the hearts of his hundreds of friends.

Mr. Bibb served the Southern railway faithfully and efficiently for a number of years, having been located at Leighton, Huntsville and Corinth and during his years of service had built an acquaintance throughout North Alabama.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning at the residence in Huntsville, at 9:30 o'clock in the morning and immediately after the ceremony the cortege will leave for Belle Mina, where interment will be made in the Bibb cemetery, where so many of that prominent name have been laid to rest.

The deceased is survived by his wife; one son, Robert Madding Bibb; three brothers, Bradley N. Bibb and W.J. Bibb, of Belle Mina and B.A. Bibb of Mooresville.

The following will act as pallbearers: Ed Fennell, Leighton; H.B. Zeitler, Willis Hill, Frank Richardson, W.G. Peebles, all of Mooresville; R.M. Hundley, Dr. J.J. Pettus and Richard Roberts, of Belle Mina.

Funeral services for R. C. Bibb, 53, of Huntsville, who died Wednesday from an attack of pneumonia following flu, were held from his home in Huntsville today. The body was brought to Belle Mina for burial. Mr. Bibb is well known in Colbert county, having lived here prior to removal to Huntsville. He has been in the employ of Southern railway for 34 years, and was ticket agent in Huntsville at his death.
