Lincoln – Louis Abraham, Jr., 47, of Holiday Drive died Wednesday, December 11 at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of Debra L. (Nichols) Abraham.

Born in Central Falls, a son of Rose (Stephen) Abraham of Lincoln and the late Louis Abraham, Sr., he had lived in Lincoln for most of his life.

Mr. Abraham was a sales representative for Turner Sales, Inc., Cumberland for the past 2 years. Previously, he was a corporate lending officer for the former Rhode Island Hospital Trust National Bank, the former Old Stone Bank and Bank Boston for 15 years.

He received an associate's degree in Real Estate from Johnson & Wales University, and received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Rhode Island College in 1978.

He coached and managed in the Lincoln Little League for the past 11 years. He was the coach and manager of "The Hornets" and was the Assistant Coach of the Lincoln Little League All-Stars in 1993 and 1998. He was the Head Coach of the Lincoln Little League All-Stars from 1999-2001, winning the State Title 3 times. In 2001, he managed the Lincoln Little League All-Stars to the State Title, the New England Championships, The District and Regional Championships, all the way to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Abraham was the 2002 coach for the American Legion Post #14 Baseball team and was a baseball instructor at Upper Deck, both in Cumberland.

He served on the Lincoln Budget Board and was a past fire warden for the Lime Rock Fire District, Lincoln.

He was the father of the late Jason L. Abraham and the brother of the late Elaine McLellan. He was also the son-in-law of the late Chester R. Nichols, Jr., the former Boston Red Sox pitcher.
