She was a 1948 graduate of Marinette High School.
Betty married Donald Mullins on September 4, 1948, at St. Joseph’s Church in Marinette.
Betty enjoyed traveling with Don and friends. She had many talents including: seamstress, upholstery, carpentry, gardening and she loved to barbeque. She also loved the Packers and bowling. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, the Altar Society, the VFW and the M & M Bowling Association, where she was honored in its Hall of Fame.
Betty was loved by her family, which was large and shared her abundant love for all of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be missed by her many friends, who will always remember her sense of humor and warm smile. She was a very special person, filled with love, and will be missed by us all.
Betty is survived by two daughters: Katherine (Mike) Neubert of Marinette, WI and Karen (Patrick) Mullins of Peshtigo, WI;
a son Jeffrey (Penny) Mullins of Menominee, MI;
daughter-in-law Dorrie Mullins of Marinette, WI;
three sisters: Ethel Leblanc, Shirley Konell and Janet (Mike) Wahl;
ten grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, two sons Kenneth and Richard, a grandson Keith Neubert, three brothers: Joe, Richard, and an infant James Blanchette and two sisters, identical twin sister Pearl Tessmer and Lorraine Corey.
Visitation will be held at Thielen Funeral Home on Saturday November 3rd from 10 am to noon. Funeral Services will be held at Noon with Reverend Celestine Byekwaso officiating. A lunch will be held at the funeral home following the service. Burial will be in Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
