Sarah Maxwell
Services for Sarah M. Maxwell, 76, who died Tuesday, October 15, 1985, at the Good Shepherd Home, will be Friday, October 18, 10:30 a.m. at the Campbell Funeral Home. The Rev. Thorvald Hansen will officiate and burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Mrs. Maxwell was born August 11, 1909, the daughter of Jens and Lena Petersen of Blair. She married Walter Orville Maxwell.

Mrs. Maxwell moved to the Good Shepherd Home in July of 1985.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. James (Dorothy) Kelley of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Mrs. Ronald (Vicki) Novak of Blair, Mrs. David (Sally) Franceschini of Crows Landing, California, Mrs. Kenneth (Lona) Baxter of Elkhorn, and Mrs. Ray (Betty) Lewis of Fort Calhoun; two sons, Joe of Omaha and Kenneth of Denton; one sister, Mrs. Jack (Dorothy) Lingle of Kennard; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Pallbearers will be Tim Kelley, Tom Maxwell, Jeff Baxter, Mick Lewis, Norman Curley and Larry Petersen.

Organist will be Clare Cowing.

Memorials may be made to the Cancer Fund or to the Blair Fire Department.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
